Asset recovery planning for a distressed new-build development.

This project involved a newly constructed residential scheme facing multiple critical challenges: unsellable units, build quality issues, poor management, and stalled capital. Eminence was brought in to conduct a discovery phase and develop a tailored asset rescue plan.

Our approach included leaseholder engagement, development consultancy, coordination of drone surveys, and commissioning of structural engineer compliance reports. We also advised on new build warranty positioning and remediation pathways, undertaking a series of defect rectifications.

Eminence has laid the strategic and operational groundwork to enable recovery, de-risking, and eventual value realisation for the freeholder
