Eminence was engaged by a family office to take over the management of a high-value, mixed-use asset in the heart of Soho, facing significant structural and legal challenges. The assets comprised- a listed Georgian building and occupied commercial unit—presented a web of issues including major structural defects, party wall disputes, an active legal threat from a commercial leaseholder, and a complex insurance claim involving three freeholders and a tenant.
We led the full recovery and project delivery process: coordinating planning, construction, contract negotiation, and professional team management. A new strategic framework was implemented to preserve commercial rental income, settle legal matters without litigation, and return the asset to stability. The result: an on-time, on-budget remedial works package that restored both value and peace of mind now fully occupied and revenue generating.
