Sustainable luxury development in a conservation area.

Acting in a personal capacity as lead developer and employer, we oversaw the entire lifecycle of this A-rated, sustainable residential scheme—from land acquisition and planning permission through to consultant team leadership, contract negotiation, debt financing, strategic project management, and off-plan sales strategy.

The project achieved record asset value for the area and was recognised by the UK Green Building Council for pioneering sustainable design. It also successfully secured planning to triple the saleable floor area of the original building—delivering a commercially and environmentally exemplary outcome in a tightly regulated conservation zone
